AgroTellus Integrated Farming System

Run the whole operation from one map.

Draw every field on live satellite imagery, plan seasons twenty years out, and price every decision before the tractor leaves the shed. Built in sugarcane. Ready for any crop.

Field status

Every field reports in.

One glance shows what stage each block is at, how the crop is tracking, and what's due next. Switch layers to see the farm the way today's decision needs it.

The platform

Map it. Plan it. Price it.

Three views of the same operation, sharing one source of truth — so the paddock, the calendar, and the bank account finally agree.

Map

Every field, surveyed from your desk.

Draw boundaries over Mapbox satellite imagery or import your existing shapefiles. Overlay Digital Earth Australia layers — NDVI, surface water, Sentinel-2 true colour — to see how each block is actually performing. PostGIS keeps every hectare honest.

  • Field drawing with survey-grade area calculation
  • NDVI, WOfS and Sentinel-2 overlays on every farm
  • Shapefile import for your current mapping

Plan

Twenty years of seasons, scheduled today.

Define crop cycles and stage templates once, and AgroTellus autoplans the operations for every field on the property — plant, ratoon, fallow, rotate. Capacity planning shows whether the gear and the crew can actually do the week, and Due Now tells them what it holds.

  • One multi-decade plan across the whole property
  • Autoplanned operations from your stage templates
  • Machinery and labour capacity against the schedule

Money

Know the margin before you commit the diesel.

Every operation carries its cost, every crop carries its price deck. Project cashflow across the whole plan, stress it against price scenarios, then track variance as the season actually happens — down to what to buy and when.

  • Cashflow projected from your own rates, not averages
  • Price decks and sensitivity scenarios per commodity
  • Plan-versus-actual variance and procurement lists

The daily record

The paperwork does itself.

The records the law requires and the business runs on — captured as the work happens in the paddock, not re-typed at the kitchen table.

Compliance

A spray diary that passes inspection.

Every application records wind, temperature and humidity — prefilled from live weather — plus the applicator and licence, the target, and the chemical batch numbers straight from the shed. Withholding periods guard the harvest button, and the whole diary exports as an auditor-ready PDF or CSV in one click.

  • Weather conditions prefilled at logging time
  • Batch numbers traced from delivery to paddock
  • WHP guards block harvesting a sprayed block early

The crew

Everyone's day starts in My Tasks.

Assign planned operations and ad-hoc jobs to real people. The crew sees today and this week on their phone, ticks work off with one tap — and a tap on a planned job logs the full operation, costs and compliance included. No more group chats standing in for a work order.

  • Tasks assigned with due dates and a full audit trail
  • One-tap complete logs the operation behind the job
  • Push notifications, offline queueing, undo

Stock

The shed spreadsheet, retired.

Track chemicals and fertiliser from purchase to paddock. Logged operations deplete stock automatically, every movement links back to the job that consumed it, and reorder warnings fire before the drum shed runs dry — with the shed's dollars visible at current unit cost.

  • Stock on hand depleted by the work as it's logged
  • Batch-level traceability for every movement
  • Reorder points with warnings before you run out

One property

Farm numbers are the mill's idea.

The mill gives you a number per contract. You farm one operation. Group your mill farms into a Property and AgroTellus treats it the way you do: one 20-year plan across every block, one Due Now list for the crew, one labour and equipment pool for the gear that crosses the road — while every report still rolls up per farm number when the mill needs it.

  • One whole-property plan spanning every mill farm
  • Shared crew & machinery pools with monthly bottlenecks
  • Per-mill-farm rollups kept for statements and reconciliation

Beyond cane

Born in sugarcane. Built for whatever you grow.

Crops, varieties, stage templates and cost rates are all yours to define. The same engine that runs a five-year cane cycle with a soybean fallow runs a grain rotation, a horticulture block, or improved pasture — no cane assumed, nothing hard-coded.

Your crop library

Add any crop with its own varieties, growth stages and yield curves.

Your operations

Template the passes you actually do — spray, fertilise, irrigate, harvest.

Your economics

Price decks per commodity, cost rates per operation, in your currency.

In the paddock

The plan rides in the ute.

AgroTellus installs on any phone straight from the browser and keeps working where reception doesn't. The crew opens Due Now, sees exactly what this week holds for their farm, and ticks jobs off in the paddock — it all syncs when the signal comes back.

  • Installs from the browser — no app store
  • Due Now: this week's work across the whole property
  • Offline-first — log work without signal

How it works

From shapefile to season plan in an afternoon.

  1. 1

    Map your farms

Import shapefiles or draw fields straight onto satellite imagery. Group farms by entity or region.

  2. 2

    Load rates & rotations

Set up crops, stage templates, machinery capacity and your real cost rates and price decks.

  3. 3

    Run the season

Autoplan every field, work the Due Now list in the paddock, and watch cashflow track the plan.

Questions

Fair questions, straight answers.

Is it only for sugarcane?

No. Cane is where it was built and proven, but crops, varieties, growth stages and operations are all user-defined libraries. If you can describe your rotation, AgroTellus can plan and cost it.

Can I bring my existing field maps?

Yes. Import your shapefiles as they are, or redraw boundaries over satellite imagery in minutes. Areas are calculated in PostGIS, so what you see is what you invoice against.

Where does my data live?

On infrastructure you control. AgroTellus is self-hostable — your maps, plans and financials stay in your own database, and you can export them at any time.

Does it work without reception?

Yes. It installs on a phone as an app, the Due Now list works offline, and everything logged in the paddock syncs when the signal returns.

My operation is spread over several mill farm numbers. Is that several farms in the app?

No — that's exactly what Properties are for. Group your mill farms into one Property and you get one plan, one Due Now list, and one crew and machinery pool across the lot, while statements and yields still roll up per farm number for the mill.

Will the spray records satisfy an inspection?

That's what they're built for. Each application captures weather, applicator and licence, target, and chemical batch numbers at logging time, and the diary exports as an auditor-ready PDF or CSV for any date range in one click.

What does it cost?

It depends on the size of the operation and whether you self-host. Request a demo and we'll quote it straight — no per-hectare surprises.

See your farm in it.

Send us your shapefiles and we'll set up a demo on your actual fields — not a sample farm.
